Position Title: Career Counsellor - Management Education
Job Overview: The Career Counsellor for Management Education will provide guidance and support to students pursuing degrees in management-related fields. This role involves helping students explore career options, develop job search strategies, and prepare for the transition from education to the workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of management careers and the skills necessary for success in the business environment.
Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling
+ Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions to discuss career interests, goals and aspirations
+ Provide personalized counselling to students interested in pursuing higher MBA education in India and Abroad.
+ Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and colleges/universities based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

• Commission pay
