We are looking for an experienced and motivated Career Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career choices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career trends, higher education opportunities, and skill development pathways. This role involves working closely with students, parents, and educators to help students explore career options, set goals, and develop strategies for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions to students Assess students' interests, skills, and aptitudes using career assessment tools Guide students on academic pathways, college admissions, scholarships, and vocational training options Conduct workshops and seminars on career planning, resume building, interview skills, and job readiness Stay updated on industry trends, new career opportunities, and higher education options Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external experts to support students' career development Organize career fairs, guest lectures, and industry interactions to expose students to various career paths Assist students in developing soft skills, leadership abilities, and professional communication Maintain records of student progress and provide periodic reports to school administration Offer support for students facing career-related stress or confusion through counseling and guidance

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a career counsellor in a school or educational institution Strong knowledge of career planning, higher education institutions, and job market trends Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills Ability to conduct workshops, presentations, and career awareness programs Proficiency in career assessment tools and techniques Passion for guiding students toward fulfilling and successful careers

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
