Key Responsibilities:

Career Guidance and Counseling:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and professionals. Assess client skills, interests, and personality to provide personalized career advice. Guide individuals on various career options, educational opportunities, and skill development programs.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Administer career aptitude and psychometric tests. Interpret assessment results and suggest career paths based on individual profiles. Identify strengths and weaknesses to provide targeted recommendations for improvement.

Education and Career Planning:

Assist students in selecting courses, universities, and professional training programs. Provide insights into industry trends and job market demands. Offer support in preparing applications for colleges, scholarships, and internships.

Resume Building and Interview Preparation:

Guide clients in resume writing, cover letters, and job application strategies. Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback. Teach networking strategies and job search techniques.

Workshops and Seminars:

Organize career guidance seminars, webinars, and workshops. Develop and deliver presentations on career development topics. Collaborate with industry professionals to provide real-world insights.

Parental and Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with parents, educators, and employers to support career development initiatives. Communicate career planning strategies and address concerns.

Monitoring and Follow-up:

Track progress of individuals and provide continuous support. Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling programs and make necessary adjustments.
