This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Executive at SLBS Marklance in Ernakulam. The Admission Executive will be responsible for conducting admissions-related tasks, assisting prospective students with inquiries, maintaining student records, and coordinating with the academic team. The role involves providing guidance to applicants on courses offered, admission requirements, and facilitating the admission process smoothly.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Experience in educational institutions or customer service is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
