We have been serving our clients for 12+ years from all across India and around the world . We are based in Koramangala, Bangalore. Currently, the organization is expanding and we are looking for enthusiastic candidates to bring their expertise to our teams. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth counseling sessions to assess clients' interests, skills, and personality traits to provide tailored career guidance.
• Utilize psychological assessments and psychometric tools to analyze clients' aptitudes and career fit.
• Help clients set realistic career goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Offer guidance on skill-building, resume writing , interview preparation, and job search strategies .
• Support students in choosing suitable academic courses , programs, and institutions that align with their career goals.
• Provide insights on various industries, job roles, and career progression paths .
• Lead workshops and group sessions on topics such as career exploration, decision-making, personal branding, and confidence-building.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, following up on progress to ensure ongoing support.
• Document client outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement of counseling strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling Psychology .
• 3-8 years of experience in career counseling , ideally within a guidance organization, educational institution, or private counseling practice.
• Strong foundation in psychology with proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with educational pathways, industry trends, and career counseling methods.
• Ability to motivate clients and provide a positive impact on their career decisions and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
