Job Role : Creer Counsellor (Commission-Based, 20% per Service Plan) We are seeking a dedicated female career counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will earn 20% commission per service plan while guiding individuals in making informed career choices and achieving their professional goals. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one career counselling to high school and college students, recent graduates, and professionals looking for career change or advancement. Offer guidance on education options, skill development, and job market trends tailored to clients' career stages and aspirations. Help clients overcome career challenges such as lack of direction, uncertainty, or dissatisfaction with their current role. Develop personalized career plans to assist clients in exploring new fields, transitioning careers, or advancing in their current roles. Lead workshops and group sessions on career planning, job searching, and skill-building. Stay informed about industry trends and resources to benefit both students and professionals. Compensation : Earn 20% commission per service plan. with no cap on earnings, allowing you to increase your income based on the number of clients you assist.
