Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Career Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting & convincing Students to enrol in our Courses and will play a key role in generating business for the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

The Prospective applicant if selected will placed at our Premium Franchise Education Institute MAAC (Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity) Location - Barasat, Behala and Garia centres and will perform the below sated Job role.

• Conduct counselling sessions to understand the needs of students and guide them towards suitable courses.
• Make calls follow-ups leads on a daily basis to generate admission.
• Develop understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and job market.
• Effectively communicate the benefits to candidates.
• Develop PR with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to generate students.
• Evaluate enrolment campaigns, Suggest and Make improvements as needed.
• Updating records of interactions with students, enrolment outcomes, and business generation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counselling, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Experience in handling CRM software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business generation.

Total Position: 8

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
