Responsibilities:
  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized career guidance to learners, helping them craft compelling resume and LinkedIn content that aligns with their goals and skills.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Manage a dynamic coaching calendar, accommodating flexible requests.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Progress Documentation: Maintain detailed records of learner progress and development.
  • Communication: Engage with learners and mentors through email, Zoom, or phone calls as needed.
  • Success Stories: Create impactful success stories by providing powerful coaching support.
  • Strength Identification: Assist learners in identifying and leveraging their key strengths.
  • Empathy and Support: Demonstrate empathy and maintain a non-judgmental approach with all learners.
  • Interview Preparation: Support learners in preparing for behavioural interview questions with structured techniques and through soft skills training.

Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports to the lead career coach.

Job Requirement



Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple learners simultaneously.
  • Competent in providing structured and empathetic support.
  • Familiarity with career development tools and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Education qualification: Bachelors or master\xe2\x80\x99s in psychology, Post graduation in guidance and counselling, Certified in counselling. Open to working professionals with relevant experience in educational counselling.
  • Good with presentation and data management.
