Caretaker -

We are looking for a responsible and proactive caretaker to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our residential premises. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle routine maintenance and oversee preventive maintenance activities. Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness of common areas. Supervise on-site staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Report upcoming repair or maintenance needs to the management committee. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Manage vendor visits, supervise their work, and ensure timely completion. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and vendor communications. Act as the primary point of contact for any on-ground issues and resolve them promptly. Ensure the overall upkeep and smooth functioning of the property.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Basic knowledge of maintenance and facility management.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
