Function/Business Area :
Sales and Distribution * Location :
Enterprise IT, Mumbai RCP, Maharashtra * Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience
2. Ensure & improve customer satisfaction across products
3. Work with IVG Head & SLG Care Lead to drive continuous improvement
4. Conduct care diagnostics - process / product / system, with care ops
5. Ensure care SLAs, create care dashboards and tracking mechanisms
6. Act as the VoC, summarizing and providing critical analysis
7. Manage service escalations for large IVG accounts * Education Requirement :
Graduation(MBA Preferred) * Experience Requirement :
8 to 12 Years * Skills & Competencies :
1. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning
skills
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Outcome mind-set
4. Relationship building
