Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide essential support and care for children with special needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for the children in their care. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the children are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Daily Activities:
• Support children with special needs who are provided treatment in our facility
• Assist children with various activities, under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
• Medical Assistance:
• Administer diet/Nutraceutical as prescribed and monitor children's health conditions.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises and other therapeutic activities.
• Emotional and Behavioral Support:
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to children, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies and support children in developing coping skills.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, daily activities, and any incidents.
• Safety and Wellbeing:
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times, following health and safety guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents appropriately, reporting any concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Minimum High school (Standard 10Th) Completion
• Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring nature.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to assist with various activities and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
