We\'re #hiring an experienced Operations Manager for our esteemed client, a global leader in Carbon Credits Development and Supply. Operating across 16+ countries with 3500+ clients worldwide, the company specializes in climate change solutions, carbon offsetting, and asset management. Location: Indore Experience: 5-10 years CTC: Up to 12.0 LPA Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Prepare project design documents, monitoring reports, and feasibility reports for forestry projects under CDM, VCS, GS, GCC standards. 2. Conduct due diligence during validation and verification of projects. Support strategy development for Renewable and Other Land Uses projects. 3. Conduct site visits, maintain communication with stakeholders, and manage project timelines. 4. Provide technical input for new opportunities and keep the team updated on industry guidelines. Essential Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s in engineering, environment, or energy; Master\'s (preferable) in forestry, agriculture, or energy/environment. 2. 6-8 years of experience in renewable and forestry sectors. 3.
