Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Car Valet to assist with parking and retrieving vehicles for guests, ensuring their cars are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, and ensure a smooth parking experience.

Location: Bandra west

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:1. Parking and Retrieval

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner.
• Follow designated parking procedures and ensure vehicles are parked in assigned areas.

2. Vehicle Care

• Handle vehicles with care to prevent damage or scratches.
• Inspect vehicles upon arrival for any existing damage and report findings if necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking area.

3. Customer Service

• Assist guests with their belongings, luggage, or special requests when required.
• Provide information or directions about the establishment if asked.
• Address customer complaints or concerns courteously and escalate them to the supervisor if necessary.

4. Record Keeping

• Issue valet tickets and maintain accurate logs of vehicle parking locations.
• Verify customer identity and match valet tickets before returning vehicles.

5. Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
• Ensure the security of all parked vehicles and their contents.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in valet or customer service roles is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficient in driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
