Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:
• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, pricing, financing options, and warranties.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Process Management:
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing discussions and finalizing contracts.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes, offers, and financing options to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales while ensuring company profitability.
• Manage paperwork related to vehicle sales, including contracts, trade-ins, financing documents, and delivery instructions.
• Target Achievement & Sales Goals:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for the dealership.
• Actively pursue new leads through walk-ins, phone inquiries, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Maintain a high conversion rate by following up on leads, performing timely follow-ups, and addressing customer concerns.
• Customer Service & Satisfaction:
• Ensure that all customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints are handled professionally and promptly, providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process, ensuring that customers are informed, comfortable, and confident in their purchase decision.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future sales or service.
• Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, and industry trends.
• Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and promotional offers to better advise customers and stay competitive in the market.
• Participate in product training and attend sales meetings to continually improve knowledge and sales skills.
• Showroom & Inventory Management:
• Assist in keeping the showroom neat, well-organized, and stocked with current models and promotional materials.
• Participate in inventory management, ensuring that vehicles are available for display and test drives.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and coordinate any post-sale vehicle detailing, registration, and accessories.
• Collaboration with Other Teams:
• Work closely with the sales team, service team, and finance department to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the finance department to offer financing options and ensure timely processing of customer applications.
• Reporting & Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or retail industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
