An automobile sales executive, also known as a car salesperson or automotive sales representative, sells and leases new and used vehicles at a dealership:
• Customer service : Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle.
• Sales process : Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and negotiating prices.
• Follow-up : Maintain a follow-up system for existing customers and new sales leads.
• Deliveries : Prepare vehicles for delivery and schedule first service appointments.
• Reporting : Provide sales management information by completing reports.
• Other duties : Assist with showroom setup, update job knowledge, and enhance the dealership's reputation
