Ring Road Skoda Gurugram is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused

Sales Consultant

to build and maintain lasting relationships with our esteemed clients. As a key player in the sales and customer service team, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and seamless ownership experience, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and requirements. Provide detailed information about Skoda vehicles, features, promotions, and financial products to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in car sales or customer relationship management, ideally in the automotive industry.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Customer-Centric:

Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of managing relationships and resolving issues.

Sales Expertise:

Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and effectively close deals.
