• Selling new and used vehicles to customers.
• Understanding customer needs, providing information about available vehicles, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or lot.
• Understand and discuss customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives with potential customers.
• Present financing options and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare and process all sales paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and automotive trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Knowledge of financing and automotive products.
• Valid driver's license.
