Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Rental Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our car rental branch. The Car Rental Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of rental agents, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-organized fleet. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a solid understanding of rental operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and achieving sales and operational targets. This position requires an individual who can maintain high standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Job Responsibilities:



Take care of overall car rental operations (LTR, Spot rentals, etc). Vehicle management (purchase/vendor cars, car grooming, maintenance, compliance) Overseeing billing of clients as well vendors Address customer queries, grievances, take necessary action in service / billing as necessary Improve quality of cars (grooming, improve customer experience) Improve quality of drivers (hiring/contracting, training, grooming, nurturing of driver) Improve quality of service (improve customer experience, reduce cost) Driver onboarding (hiring, training), Driver Manpower Handle customer grievances, operational challenges in calm and professional manners Surprise checks on various on ground operations Ensuring proper data management Understand client needs, work on appropriate solutions Preparing Car Rental Quotations (LTR/Spot) and send to clients Preparing presentations as per need suiting to various client requirements Maintain good relations with client Handle client queries proficiently, earn client trust Identify and develop vendors for LTR/Spot Rentals for various locations Vendor negotiations, Vendor onboarding Compliance fulfillment through vendors Cost reductions without compromising on quality Develop good relations with car dealers, get good deals / support Verifying billing calculations (client/vendor) Finalize of MIS reports and verifying the invoice Avoid delays in billing, payment recovery, etc. Hiring, training, nurturing of team members as necessary Strategize hiring / contracting of drivers, their compliance, etc.
SOPs to motivate the employees, drivers in right way

Execute new ideas, run campaigns, some special incentives and awards, etc.

Draft SOPs for various functions mentioned above

Drafting Presentations, Proposals, Quotations, etc.

Identifying right software tools and implementing

Weekly / Monthly meetings with teams, drivers

Identify issues, work on strategic solutions

Weekly / Monthly management reporting

Manage transport matrix and provide reports

Periodic budget planning & provisioning to the finance team

Skills & Qualifications:

Good English Communication

Minimum 2-3 years of experience

Prior experience of Corporate LTR preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Pro-active, self-initiative, explorative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
