Job Description

Role- Reservation Desk Executive

Location- Ghitorni, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management:
• Handle incoming requests from corporate clients for car rentals, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
• Manage and update the reservation system with client details, vehicle availability, and booking confirmations.
• Process modifications, extensions, or cancellations of bookings based on client requirements.
• Client Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide information about rental packages, pricing, vehicle availability, and terms of service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide custom rental solutions and quotes for bulk or long-term bookings.
• Coordination with Operations:
• Liaise with the operations and logistics team to ensure vehicle availability and on-time delivery/pick-up.
• Coordinate maintenance or cleaning requests for vehicles between bookings.
• Communicate any client-specific requirements, such as driver preferences, special equipment, or last-minute changes.
• Client Account Management Support:
• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Track and record client preferences, past bookings, and any specific terms agreed upon.
• Address and escalate client complaints or issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all reservations, client interactions, and vehicle usage.
• Generate reports on booking trends, vehicle usage, and client feedback for internal review.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of corporate rentals.
• Participate in regular meetings to stay updated on fleet availability, pricing updates, and client preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with corporate clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously, keeping track of details and deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations (e.g., vehicle breakdowns or last-minute cancellations) with quick and effective solutions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM tools, and office software like MS Office or Google Suite.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in bookings, billing, and coordination to avoid errors and client dissatisfaction.
• Sales Support: Some understanding of the sales process and the ability to assist in upselling or cross-selling rental packages and services.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time between client inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks.

Experience & Education:

• Education: A high school diploma is often sufficient, but a degree in business administration or hospitality could be an advantage.
• Experience: Prior experience in a reservation, customer service, or front-desk role, particularly in the car rental or travel industry, would be beneficial.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the corporate rental industry, including vehicle types, pricing models, and client preferences, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
