We take pride in delivering top-notch service and craftsmanship to our clients, ensuring their vehicles look and perform at their best.Position Overview:Moto Rhythm is seeking a skilled and experienced Center Tinker and Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive craftsmanship, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our paint and bodywork services.Key Responsibilities:
- Tinkering:
- Perform detailed bodywork repairs including dent removal, panel beating, and structural repairs.
- Ensure all body repairs meet the manufacturers specifications and quality standards.
- Assess and evaluate damage to vehicles and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Painting:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer.
- Mix and apply paint to vehicles using spray guns in our dedicated paint booth.
- Ensure a flawless paint finish by conducting quality checks and touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain and operate paint booth equipment, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work for adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the repair process
- Proven experience as a tinker and painter in an automotive body shop.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and painting processes.
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment used in auto body repair and painting.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
