• safe Transportation: Safely drive doctors to their destinations, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize the safety of passengers at all times.
• Punctuality: Arrive promptly for pick-ups and drop-offs according to the predetermined schedule. Coordinate with doctors to ensure efficient travel arrangements and minimize delays.
• V ehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition for transportation. Report any maintenance issues promptly and follow company procedures for vehicle upkeep.
• Professionalism : Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with doctors and other passengers. Uphold a high level of customer service and provide assistance as needed.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with doctors to confirm pick-up and drop-off times, address any special requirements, and provide updates on travel progress when necessary.
• Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of doctors and any sensitive information that may be disclosed during transportation. Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Flexibility: Be flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate changes or last-minute requests from doctors when possible. Adapt to unexpected situations or traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
