Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Car Body Shop Advisor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The role involves coordinating body shop repairs, providing estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their vehicle repair needs.
• Provide repair estimates and explain services.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs between customers and technicians.
• Follow up with customers on repair status and timelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a body shop or automotive service environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of car body repairs and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
