We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain and Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Captain and Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide recommendations and knowledge about menu items and specials
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and to guests' satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and smooth service
• Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support

Requirements

• Proven experience of 1-2 year as a Restaurant Captain and Server in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
