Known for its breathtaking views, exquisite craftsmanship, and world-renowned lakeside restaurant, The Hotel offers an extraordinary work environment blending heritage charm with modern hospitality excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant and dining area.
• Ensure smooth service flow and address any service-related issues promptly.
• Train and guide service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on menu knowledge.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an F&B Captain or in a leadership role in food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and service excellence.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu pairings, and service etiquette.
• Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and embrace the unique heritage hospitality culture.
