Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the dining experience, ensuring exceptional service quality, and managing the front-of-house staff. Greeting and assisting guests, training team members, and coordinating with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations. Maintaining service standards, managing table setups, and monitoring the dining area for cleanliness and ambiance. Promote menu items and enhance guest satisfaction while also assisting in inventory management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this position, along with a background in food and beverage service.
