Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Captain to join our team at Oberai. The Captain will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing the dining room, supervising the waitstaff, and providing excellent service. Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations:

o Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated promptly.

o Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

o Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Service Management:

o Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring smooth service flow.

o Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.

o Ensure tables are set up correctly, maintained, and cleared efficiently.

• Staff Supervision:

o Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff to provide high-quality service.

o Conduct pre-service briefings to communicate specials, menu changes, and any important information.

o Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

• Quality Control:

o Ensure all food and beverages are served according to the restaurant's standards.

o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

o Address and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.

o Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
