1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
2. Manage table reservations and allocate seating efficiently to ensure smooth service flow.
3. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by providing personalized attention throughout the dining experience.
4. Recommend menu items and specials based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
5. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously, ensuring swift resolution to maintain satisfaction.
6. Proactively suggest additional items or upgrades to enhance guest dining experiences and increase sales.
7. Supervise and support the wait staff in delivering seamless, high-quality service.
8. Provide training and mentoring to junior staff, ensuring their development and alignment with restaurant goals.
9. Take accurate orders from guests and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and barista teams.
10. Ensure timely and precise delivery of food and beverages to the table.
11. Monitor the progress of orders and coordinate with the kitchen to manage any delays or special requests.
12. Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and organization of tables and dining areas before and during service.
13. Ensure the table settings, cutlery, and condiments are impeccably arranged according to the restaurant's standards.
14. Present the bill to guests promptly and handle payment transactions accurately.
15. Maintain confidentiality and security when processing credit card payments.
16. Communicate guest feedback, suggestions, and operational issues to restaurant management.
17. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to service improvement strategies.
18. Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to by the team.
