: Floor Member/Steward in F&B Service
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards in all tasks.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables during service hours.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages (training provided if needed).
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
