Job Description

Lead & Motivate: Foster a positive, collaborative kitchen environment through strong leadership and mentorship.

Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and efficiency.

Quality & Guest Focus: Collaborate to ensure consistent, high-quality food & handle guest inquiries professionally.

Schedule & Admin: Manage staff schedules, reports, and contribute to menu development.

Experience: 3-5 years supervisory experience in a resort or high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications: Lead, motivate, strong communication, food safety knowledge.

Fast-Paced & Proactive: Thrive in a demanding environment, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
