We are looking for enthusiastic Captain/ Assistant Captain to provide an excellent guest dining experience by ensuring that all guests are served to the hotels standard in the Restaurant/Bar/Lounge areas preferable with 03 years\' or more experience as a Captain/ Assistant Captain Displaying highest standards of hospitality and welcoming are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas. Takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent oral communication skills required. Positive interpersonal skills required. Can handle local language and English. A minimum guarantee of 12 months to work with us is a must. Salary will commensurate with the experience and profile of the candidate, it\'s not a constraint for deserving candidates. Compensation includes salary and tips. Will be posted at anyone of the properties at Port Blair, Swaraj Dweep (Havelock) and Shaheed Dweep (Neil), Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
