Job:Capital market Drive-BA/ Con / S ConLocation:Chennai, PuneExperience:4-13 Years:Strong foundational skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and oral business communication, stakeholder management
Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - process definition, requirements gathering and analysis.
Proficiency in writing BRD, FSD and use stories. Hands on experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Visio. Jira will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to clarify delivery requirements.
Possess a delivery focus.
Experience in Software product development; business and technology transformation; Agile methodology.
Ability to drive interactions with Program Manager, Senior Sponsors within business & technology teams.
Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work, managing stakeholders, ownership of project outcomes.
Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
