We are looking to hire first year full time associate(s) for our investment banking practice. In this front-end role, the selected candidate(s) would work across all deal types pertaining to DCM i.e. fund raising through TLs, Securitization (DAs / PTCs), Bonds & Tier-II.

Key Accountabilities
1. Preparation of pitch books / teasers, credit assessment memorandums / notes, investor ppts & other transaction related docs (securitization briefs, sectoral analysis, product analysis etc.).
2. Provide support on deals to cross functional teams: Deal Origination, Sanctioning Stage, Execution.
3. Develop a strong understanding of the sector, business model which the client firm represents through in-person visits, data analysis & interactions with various stakeholders - Originators, Investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Teams 4. Develop a sense in understanding the debt requirements of clients in different sectors. The selected candidates are expected to travel across cities for client meetings & fulfill the required business objectives.
Skills:
1. Good financial analysis & modelling skills - Should be good with numbers, studying balance sheets, P&L statements, analyze data & provide viewpoint. Working knowledge of MS office & keenness to learn other technology tools.
2. Sound oral & written communication skills - candidate should showcase good interpersonal skills & be able to hold conversation & negotiations with the counterparties
3. A keen eye for detail, persistent learning & problem-solving attitude
4. Ability to stretch, multitask, deliver under pressure & honor deadlines
5. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated candidate who would be aligned to founders' mindset, a team player & has ability to take ownership and work independently whenever required
6. Willingness to work in Chennai.
Qualifications
Preferring CFA Level 2 , B.com Graduate with above 80% in in 10th and 12th std.
More than 75% in graduation.
