Position Overview
As a Conversion Tracking Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns' performance. Your primary focus will be on implementing and optimizing Meta Conversion API, Google Enhanced Conversions, and server-to-server integration for conversion tracking.
Responsibilities
Conversion Tracking Strategy:
• Develop a robust conversion tracking strategy leveraging Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Tealium Events Stream.
• Define conversion goals based on business objectives. These goals could include form submissions, purchases, sign-ups, downloads, or any other actions that indicate user engagement or contribute to business success.
• Identify and prioritize key conversion events that align with each defined goal.
Implementation of Meta Conversion API and Google Enhanced Conversions:
• Lead the implementation process for Meta Conversion API and Google Enhanced Conversions to ensure seamless integration with existing tagging systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium Events Stream.
• Customize tracking setups to align with specific campaign objectives and business requirements and configure parameters to accurately capture relevant conversion events and data.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate the integration and ensure accurate data transmission between platforms.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
• Proactively identify and address tracking issues related to Meta Conversion API, Google Enhanced Conversions, or tag management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
Performance Optimization:
• Continuously monitor tracking performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Implement enhancements to improve data collection efficiency, reduce latency, and enhance reporting capabilities for both online and offline conversions.
Documentation:
• Document conversion tracking setups, configurations, and best practices.
Stay Updated:
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices related to Meta Conversion API, Google Enhanced Conversions, and other conversion tracking technologies.
• Proactively explore new tools and methodologies to enhance tracking capabilities and drive better insights.
Required Skills and Experience
• Experience in web analytics, implementation, and tagging.
• Hands on experience of doing a CAPI implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Tag Management System (TMS) such as GTM, Tealium, and Adobe.
• Possess knowledge of server-side tagging with the help of tag management system.
• Possess knowledge on how server-side tagging, and tag management system works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
• Expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Google Analytics Certification and Tealium Eventstream API Hub Certification is plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
