Operational delivery of capabilities deployed across the CRM Technology landscape, providing service and support to our global user community. Responsible for adhering to best practice development principles and supports the complex regulatory landscape in which our end users operate by adhering to appropriate governance and security controls. Role impacts all divisional users of CRM Technology and downstream systems reliant on Customer Data - 10k users across Capital Markets, Post Trade and Data & Analytics. The role actively participates in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering and specification, user acceptance testing and training.
