Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management OR
• Any graduate with Hotel Management Diploma

• Competent level of knowledge of provisions used for food preparation
• Advance level of knowledge of documentation and control
• Proficient level of skill to come up with recipes
• Competent level of interpersonal skills
