Job Title : Candidate Sourcer

Experience Level : 1-3 years.

Shift Time: US shift

Salary - Best in Market

Working Days - 5 days in week

Job Location - Vadodara (Work from Office)

• Must have perfect English communication skills
• Must have worked with US customers or clients
• Must work either EST or PST time zones
• Must have experience working with and using LinkedIn / LinkedIn recruiter & job boards
• Must have access to LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards

These candidates will report to our business unit leaders and be responsible for the generation and regeneration of relevant candidates.

The goal of these individual is to:

• Identify candidates that are not currently on our database, via job boards, LinkedIn and any other tools they have available, follow a script to qualify the candidates and add them to our database.
• Engage with candidates that are on the system currently but haven't been spoken to for 6 months.
• Update current situation, current salary, information on current company, interest in new roles etc.
• Present leads / potential follow up actions to our business unit leaders .
• Present potential relevant and hot candidates to our sales leaders to take to market.
• Create talent & candidate pools in region and skills sets for our sales and recruitment teams to use.
