We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Candidate Experience Specialist to play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing interview queues, and efficiently handling multiple scheduling requests. You will collaborate closely with executive assistants and recruiters, contribute to ad hoc coordination projects, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. What youll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Scheduling a specific number of interviews per week, ensuring candidates are seamlessly booked for interviews with our team.
• Managing the interview scheduling queue to prioritize requests and maintain a smooth interview flow within predefined timelines.
• Skillfully handling multiple interview scheduling requests, including rescheduling, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Partnering with executive assistants when necessary to facilitate interview scheduling, aligning interviews with executive team members\' availability and preferences.
• Collaborating closely with our recruitment team to ensure the composition of appropriate interview panels and adherence to interview timelines.
• Assisting with various ad hoc coordination projects as needed, bringing your scheduling and organizational expertise to support departmental initiatives.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage a busy interview schedule.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless interview logistics.
• Prior experience in interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones is advantageous
