Role: Canada IT Recruiters Location: Hyderabad-Onsite Notice: Immediate-30days Experience: 1-5 years : The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients. Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions. Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates\' fit and technical competence. Present career opportunities to qualified applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors. Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully. Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal. Responsible for working on Contracts and permanent positions. Well-versed in Canadian tax terms like Open work permit, Close work permit, PR, Citizen, and US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. Extensive experience in handling complete US and Canada recruitment life cycles. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT Technologies. Experience in working with direct clients. Excellent communications must.
