As leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring for experienced Camunda Operations Specialist to be deployed at our client site, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services.Job Purpose:
As a Camunda 8 Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our Camunda 8 BPM platform. Your role is critical in ensuring the platform\'s reliability, performance, and availability. You will work closely with development, deployment, and support teams to manage and troubleshoot the BPM environment effectively.Job Details

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Camunda 8 BPM platform.
• Compensation Bracket: Competitive with industry standards.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Graduation in computer science or related field.
• Location: Gurugram (WFO)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills: Camunda 8, JavaRequired Skills:

• Experience managing the Camunda 8 BPM platform.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN.
• Understanding of workflows.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of Java and scripting languages.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the health of the Camunda 8 platform.
• Manage user access and security settings.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with the platform and workflows.
• Restart workflows after fixing errors.
• Work with development and deployment teams to implement changes.
• Optimize workflows for better performance.
• Create custom monitoring dashboards.
• Document procedures and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Camunda 8 features and improvements.
