As leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring for experienced Camunda Developer to be deployed at our client site, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services.Job Purpose:As a Camunda 8 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business process workflows using Camunda 8. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient process models. Your expertise in Camunda 8 will be pivotal in enhancing our BPM capabilities and driving process automation initiatives.Job Details

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Camunda 8 development.
• Compensation Bracket: Competitive with industry standards.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Graduation in computer science or related field.
• Location: Gurugram (WFO)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills: Camunda 8, JavaRequired Skills:

• Experience as a Camunda 8 Developer.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN.
• Proficiency in Java or similar programming languages.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of Elastic Search and IAM is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and deploy BPM (Business Process Management) solutions with Camunda 8.
• Customize workflows, decision tables, and rules within Camunda 8.
• Connect Camunda 8 to other systems and apps using REST APIs and Kafka.
• Implement rule engines with proper configuration.
• Test and ensure the quality of the workflows.
• Improve existing processes for better performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Keep up with the latest updates and best practices in Camunda 8.
