Job Title: HR Bulk Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist for Paid internship program

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced HR Bulk Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Health care Company. We provide Paid Internship program to Nursing students. The successful candidate will lead high-volume recruitment efforts, source top talent, and ensure seamless hiring processes mainly through College campus of Central Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for bulk hiring.

2. Select Colleges for recruitment, Contact the Placement coordinators of college campus and source candidates from there.

3. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.

4. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).

5. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.

Talent Acquisition:

1. Build and maintain talent pipelines.

2. Identify and develop strategic recruitment partnerships.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

4. Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment initiatives.

Process Improvement:

1. Streamline recruitment processes.

2. Implement efficient hiring workflows.

3. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).

Campus Management:

1. Collaborate with Placement Coordinators to schedule hiring timeliness

2. Provide recruitment updates and reports.

Requirements:

Essential:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition.

3. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.

4. Strong understanding of recruitment regulations.

Desirable:

1. Recruitment strategy development.

2. Candidate sourcing and engagement.

3. Interviewing and assessment.

4. Process improvement.

5. Data analysis and reporting.

6. Stakeholder management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?227,470.10 - ?979,566.52 per year
