The Impact you will have in this role:Being a member of the Talent Acquisition Team means you will be a part of a diverse and collaborative team. You will connect candidates with their dream jobs while managing the talent acquisition selection process for new and existing staff at a professional level. You will support DTCC\'s talent acquisition strategy and offer advice on all aspects of the talent acquisition and selection process. You will be a key contributor while driving the mission to build the next generation of leaders. You will deliver a high level of client service, develop strategic partnerships with campuses, and ensure a positive experience for candidates.Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts for our campus team in the Chennai.
• Provide recruitment counsel and mentorship to hiring managers, key leadership with hiring and employment data.
• Manage on engagement and/or campus activities, event planning and execution, positioning DTCC as the employer of choice.
• Actively participate in internship and EDGE program planning, execution and continuous improvement
• Plan and implement intern events including community service, networking and lunch and learns.
• Seek out opportunities to build relationships with non-core schools and key diversity organizations.
• Track and report on campus recruiting results to identify areas for process and performance improvements.
• Establish and maintain a central calendar of campus recruitment timelines, events and projects.
• Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses.
• Additional Human Resource projects as assigned.

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years of campus recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and event management systems (i.e.: ORC, Handshake)
• Knowledge of financial services a plus
• Experience on navigating strategies on job boards specific to finding emerging talent in Chennai.
• Must be familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO
