We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Campus Recruiter to lead and execute our campus hiring initiatives. The recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges, conducting recruitment drives, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates. • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
• Plan and execute campus hiring events, placement drives, and job fairs.
• Promote the companyxe2x80x99s brand and career opportunities through campus engagements.
• Screen and assess candidates for internships and full-time roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring requirements with business goals.
• Track and analyze campus hiring data to improve processes and outcomes.

RequirementsEducation: Any Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field) -preferredExperience: Freshers or 1 to 3 years of experience in campus hiring or recruitmentCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholdersNetworking & Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture relationships with academic institutionsOrganizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment events
