  • Build & execute a year long Engagement plan for Management & Engineering Campuses
  • Manage campus engagements & branding as well as Pre-joining communications
  • Build a strong employer brand for Reliance on campuses via our social media handles
  • Continuously research and look for avenues to propel our Brand Value Proposition to young talent across campuses
  • Merchandise planning & execution through liaison with vendors (design & execution)
  • The Incumbent will also work closely with the RELP (Reliance Emerging Leaders Program) Program Manager to plan smooth Campus Operations: i.e. Performance management, projects & allocations, Travel & Stay, Assets management
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):
  • Good communication skills & stakeholder management
  • Good Organizational skills
  • Passion for branding, social media & engagement with young talent
  • Creative bent of mind & interest in events/branding
Qualifications and Experience:
  • MBA preferably in HR
  • 2 to 6 years of experience (preferably in campus resourcing / Engagements / Events)
Additional Information:
  • Should be willing to work from office- RCP, Navi Mumbai
  • Should be willing to travel to campuses as needed
