Location: Bengaluru

Timing: 4PM to 2AM , Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Campaign Specialist (B2B Lead Generation) to join our lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns specifically designed to generate high-quality leads. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, targeting B2B audiences to drive high-quality leads.

Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage potential leads, guide them through the sales funnel, and convert them into qualified prospects.

Target Audience Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and tailor campaign messages to resonate with them.

Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and whitepapers that attract and engage leads.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead quality. Provide regular reports and insights to the lead generation team and stakeholders.

A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign elements, including subject lines, messaging, visuals, and CTAs to improve lead generation effectiveness.

Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and achieving maximum ROI.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation campaigns with sales strategies and objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and lead generation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, AWS SES), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
