JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary:
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the campaign execution and creative development of credit card existing card member tactics on a reoccurring basis. This position sits within the Card marketing execution organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for executing and gaining approvals for credit card marketing campaigns via multiple marketing channels and based on strategic direction on product, positioning, pricing, and placement. The focus of each campaign is seamless execution for customer acquisition/Existing customer and requires an eye on the customer experience. This person will utilize their project management skill to manage a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders. They will identify opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
• 3+ years of campaign management marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategy
• Set up and manage E2E campaign management work flow using various tools
• Collaborating across multiple stakeholders to manage the SLA for all the acquisition campaigns
• Experience in any one of the campaign management work flow tools
• Experience in managing various stages of campaigns - Initiation, building, creative/content building, data extraction, completion working with multiple stakeholder - Marketing manager, Content builder, list extraction team
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is a must
• Bachelor's or Master Degree in marketing required

• Build and manage E2E campaign delivery
• Monitor and track the campaign progress and work with multiple stakeholders to stick to SLAs
• Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential
• Demonstrate they are customer-obsessed by understanding the customer experience
