We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic "Scout" aka "Campaign Associate" to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting Delivery Partnerships through field campaigns, local community engagement, & spreading awareness. Key Responsibilities:
? Plan & execute on-ground rural campaigns such as Panchayat meetings, job fairs, BTL activities etc. to source Delivery Partners (DPs)
? Present value proposition for Delivery Partners to spread awareness
? Ensure smooth onboarding process for interested DPs, including relocation and availability of all resources to start working
? Monitor and evaluate field campaigns, collecting data and feedback to assess effectiveness and drive improvements
? Build and maintain relationships with local organisations, community leaders, and stakeholders to enhance community engagement

Requirements:
? At least 2 years of prior experience in Operations, fieldwork, community outreach, or sales
? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
? Proficient in using smartphones and basic software applications
? Passion for community engagement and social impact
? Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
