Job Title: Campaign Associate
Location: Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Associate to support and execute campaigns across Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing on-ground and digital campaigns, with a focus on driving engagement and delivering measurable outcomes. You will work closely with the campaign management team to ensure the seamless execution of strategies and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing grassroots campaigns across various locations in Andhra Pradesh.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement campaign strategies.
• Conduct fieldwork, including meetings with local stakeholders, community leaders, and volunteers to drive campaign objectives.
• Plan & execute on-ground rural campaigns such as Panchayat meetings, job fairs, BTL activities etc. to source Delivery Partners (DPs).
• Present value proposition for Delivery Partners to spread awareness.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for interested DPs, including relocation and availability of all resources to start working.
• Monitor and evaluate field campaigns, collecting data and feedback to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to enhance community engagement.
• Provide logistical support for events, rallies, and other campaign initiatives.
• Assist in managing volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.
• Stay updated with local developments and adapt campaign strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, fieldwork, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Telugu and English (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh's political, social, and cultural landscape.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience in using social media platforms for campaigns.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Andhra Pradesh as required.
• Prior experience in political or social campaigns.
• Experience in volunteer management and grassroots mobilization.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
