Reports To: Lead Growth Marketing Role Overview: We seek a seasoned Senior Campaign Strategist with 12-15 years of experience to lead our campaign development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and anticipating customer expectations, crafting compelling campaign plans and corresponding content across various mediums, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms. The candidate must be familiar with the landscape of digital technologies. This role is critical as it directly impacts our brand perception and engagement with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, including audience segmentation, messaging, content development, and channel selection.
Content Creation: Work closely with the content marketing team to create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and webinars, to support campaign objectives.
Team management: Lead a team of writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
Research and analysis: Identify customer expectations, market trends, and industry insights to form a content strategy.
Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders, including sales, and delivery, to create content that resonates with our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and digital media.
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on content development and demand generation
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Good grasp of digital transformation and how it positively affects businesses.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies for IT and Marketing leaders.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of writers.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Experience in the B2B software services industry is preferred.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
