Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Video Shooting

Visit client offices and locations to shoot professional video content. Set up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for high-quality shoots. Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting to capture engaging visuals.

Editing & Content Creation

Edit videos into

trending Reels and Shorts

with engaging transitions and effects. Use stock footage, images, and AI-generated voiceovers to create compelling videos. Add animations, text overlays, and motion graphics to enhance content. Ensure fast-paced, high-retention edits optimized for social media.

Creative Strategy & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video content. Experiment with new styles, effects, and formats to keep content fresh. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and improve video storytelling.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Video Editing Software

(Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)

Experience in shooting with cameras & smartphones

(Sony, Canon, iPhone, etc.)
? Strong knowledge of

Reel editing, trending effects, and transitions

? Familiarity with AI voiceover tools (like ElevenLabs, Descript)
? Ability to use stock footage & graphic elements effectively
? Basic understanding of

lighting, color grading, and sound design

Own a camera/gimbal/stabilizer

(Preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

social media video production

Knowledge of AI tools & motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, or MotionVFX) Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality output
